Mukilteo Waterfront Master Plan

J.A. Brennan developed a long-term strategy for development along Mukilteo’s waterfront. The plan proposes new parks, a hand-carry boat launch, habitat enhancements for fish and wildlife, pedestrian amenities, and diving access.
