J.A. Brennan’s waterfront designs emphasize public access in sensitive shoreline environments. Facilities range from marina development to beaches and open space. We consider the relationship of the shoreline configuration and materials to the proposed recreational use including type of use, intensity of use, access points, neighborhood context, water quality, fish habitat considerations, regulatory constraints and existing habitats.
