Tai-Pen Inner Harbor Recreational Development EIS and Master Plan

J.A. Brennan developed a master recreational park plan and EIS for converting existing aqua-culture ponds to a regional park. This land use change would reduce the demands on the supply of fresh water which is in danger of contamination.  The scope of work included the design of mangrove marshlands, underwater dive parks, beach access areas, campgrounds, a resort area, and marinas. The EIS emphasized the accommodation of a wide variety of activities while improving water quality, habitat, and land use.
